BOOKING WITH FAYE

If you would like to book Faye for your special day please use the contact form on the contact page to check availability.

 

To book Faye for your wedding day a £20 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date in Faye's diary.

This will be deducted from your trial fee.

Once a successful trial is completed, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the wedding day hair, including bridal party and/or others on the booking,  it to be paid at the trial or within 2 days after the trial, else the wedding date will no longer be secured in Faye's diary.

 

Remaining balance is to be paid on the wedding day in cash or at least 2 days before the wedding date via bank transfer.

If no trial is being held then a 50% deposit of the agreed total wedding day cost is to be sent within 14 days of the booking being confirmed by email.

THE TRIAL

Trials are to be held 3-6months before your wedding day.

At the trail, Once you are happy with the chosen wedding hairstyle, Faye will ensure that a detailed record of all products used in the trial are recorded for her own personal use and photos will be taken. A schedule for your wedding morning will be sent out shortly after your trial. In the unfortunate event that you, or any of your bridal party, decide after your trial that you are not satisfied, you are asked to contact Faye via email within 24 hours so that we can resolve the matter

APPLICATION OF HAIR PRODUCTS

It is your responsibility to notify Faye of any health complaint, skin complaint or sensitivity that you are aware of at any time that the application of any products is due to commence. It is also your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party requiring hair services by Faye have notification of the same.

PAYMENTS

The cost of the trial is payable to Faye on the day of the trial in cash. The payment of your booking fee will be deducted.

Remaining balances are due 1 calendar month prior to the wedding day in cash or bank transfer unless an on the day payment has been agreed with Faye. If you wish to pay your balance before hand in instalments this can be arranged with Faye also.

 

Once booked, Faye will provide a booking summary and confirmation receipt. It is the client's responsibility to check the booking summary and ensure that Faye is notified of any errors within 7 days of receipt. The price agreed at the time of booking is final; if Faye’s price lists changes it will not affect your agreed rate.

CANCELLATIONS

You reserve the right to cancel your wedding day hair at any point prior to your wedding day. Please note that the following charges will apply:

• Your £20 booking fee is non-refundable unless Faye has to cancel.

• All changes or cancellations MUST be stated in writing via email or in person and are not accepted as written notice until you have received a reply from Faye.

• In the unlikely event that Faye is unable to attend your booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency or any other circumstance beyond her control, she will endeavour to find a replacement hairstylist of a similar standard.

CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING

Notification should be given of any changes to the booking and trial as soon as possible. This includes changes to the number of clients, location, dates and times.  Changes must be confirmed in writing via email or in person and are not accepted as written notice until you have received a reply from Faye. 

• Change of trial date - An alternative date will be found. 

• Change of wedding date - Faye will do her best to rebook for the new date. If this is not possible then the usual cancellation fees apply. Please note if you require a second trial you will need to pay the full trial amount.

• Change to number of clients - A new price will be calculated based on our current price list to reflect any changes.

TRAVEL COSTS

All road travel to trials and the wedding days are charged at 0.40p/per mile (round trip) after the first 20 miles and is worked out using Faye’s postcode, Hornchurch RM11.

PHOTOGRAPHY

At the trial Faye will take pictures of the finished hairstyle. Faye will also take pictures on the wedding day of the hairstyle. These pictures may or may not be used on Faye’s social media, including Facebook, Instagram, Faye’s website or any other advertising which Faye undertakes. By signing these terms and conditions you are confirming that you have no objection to your photos being used in this way. If you object to your pictures being used, please inform Faye accordingly.
