BOOKING WITH FAYE

If you would like to book me for your special day please use the contact form on the contact page to check my availability.

 

To book me for your wedding day a £50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date in my diary.

This will be deducted from your final wedding day balance. Remaining balance is to be paid 48 hours before your wedding day or if paying cash, please let me know in advance, this is to be paid on on the wedding day.

Once booked, I will provide a booking summary and confirmation receipt. It is the client's responsibility to check the booking summary and ensure that Faye is notified of any errors within 7 days of receipt. The price agreed at the time of booking is final; if my price lists changes it will not affect your agreed rate.​

 

If you wish to remove any members of the bridal party from your booking, this must be done at least 30 days prior to your wedding otherwise your quote will remain the same.

THE TRIAL

Trial payment is due at your trial and is separate to your wedding day payment.

​

Trials are to be held 3-6months before your wedding day.

At the trail, Once you are happy with the chosen wedding hairstyle, Faye will ensure that a detailed record of all products used in the trial are recorded for her own personal use and photos will be taken. A schedule for your wedding morning will be sent out shortly after your trial. In the unfortunate event that you, or any of your bridal party, decide after your trial that you are not satisfied, you are asked to contact Faye via email within 24 hours so that we can resolve the matter

APPLICATION OF HAIR PRODUCTS

It is your responsibility to notify Faye of any health complaint, skin complaint or sensitivity that you are aware of at any time that the application of any products is due to commence. It is also your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party requiring hair services by Faye have notification of the same.

CANCELLATIONS

You reserve the right to cancel your wedding day hair at any point prior to your wedding day. Please note that the following charges will apply:

• Your £50 booking fee is non-refundable unless I have to cancel.

• All changes or cancellations MUST be stated in writing via email or in person and are not accepted as written notice until you have received a reply from myself.

• In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend your booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency or any other circumstance beyond my control, I will endeavour to find a replacement hairstylist of a similar standard.

CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING

Notification should be given of any changes to the booking and trial as soon as possible. Changes must be confirmed in writing via email or in person and are not accepted as written notice until you have received a reply from Faye.

• If you wish to remove any members of the bridal party from your booking, this must be done at least 30 days prior to your wedding otherwise your quote will remain the same. 

• Change of trial date - An alternative date will be found. 

• Change of wedding date - I  will do my best to rebook for the new date. If this is not possible then the usual cancellation fees apply. Please note if you require a second trial you will need to pay the full trial amount.

TRAVEL COSTS

All road travel to trials and the wedding days are charged at 0.60p/per mile (round trip) after the first 10 miles and is worked out using my postcode, RM13.

PHOTOGRAPHY

At the trial  i  will take pictures of the finished hairstyle. I will also take pictures on the wedding day of the hairstyle. These pictures may or may not be used on my social media, including Facebook, Instagram, my website or any other advertising which I undertakes. If you object to your pictures being used, please inform me accordingly.
